Raigama, Thurisha: Bucket List

A bucket list is a simple contract with yourself listing the goals you hope to accomplish within your lifetime. The essence of any good bucket list consists of overcoming fears, achieving goals, realizing dreams even simple pleasures.
What is a good bucket list without flying first class with Emirates Air Lines? Most passengers know that flying economy class is not exactly a luxurious or pampering experience, particularly if there is a whiny baby across the aisle or some wired dude with a staring problem.  Why spend an astronomical amount of money on one of their Mile High Suites? Some reasons are, complete and utter privacy, and a personal mini bar access, a marble shower and luxurious unheard of commercial airliners.
Most have heard about the Northern Lights back in grade school, but have never seen them in person. The Northern Lights are a natural visual phenomenon in the night sky, best seen in dark skies in Alaska, the Norwegian Sea Islands, and Denmark.
One of my most incredible life goals is to eat at an underwater restaurant.  This charming domed glass restaurant at the Maldives Hilton Resort & Spa lies only about 5m underwater but the view is truly one of a kind. Eating while being separated from undersea life is a unique experience. Diners are surrounded by all sorts of undersea wildlife including seals, turtles, and even sharks. Come to think of it, chewing down on a fish while being watched by others may not be such a good idea.
Throwing down a large amount of money in a casino sounds crazy and extravagant, but it is on my list.  I would like to roll into a casino dressed in my coolest attire and plop down some hard cash on the roulette wheel. That would be an awesome yet risky. Win or lose, I will be certain to walk out happily.
I have all been subjected to those late night tear jerking, save-a-pet commercials. Before I kick the bucket, I would like to go down to a local animal shelter and adopt a dog or a cat. If not for me, perhaps for a good friend who needs a companion.
