Jones, Daveante: Bucket List

I’ve never been one to think about the future very much. I live in the present and hover there most of the time. But I have set some goals for myself that could be considered as my current bucket list. As I have grown I have tried to be successful in every aspect of life. So, the first item on my list is to secure a six-figure net worth. That would mean I had succeeded in my first priority in life--my lifelong academic studies. That goal being accomplished would also mean that I possessed all the necessary tools required to care for my family. Next on my list is to own a Lexus. They are very stylish vehicles and owning one would really show how successful an adult I have become.

In addition to being a successful adult I also want to be well-rounded. So, next on my list would be traveling around the world and visiting four of the continents: South America, Asia, Europe, and Africa. Experiencing the various cultures would be very educational and pleasant.

I’ve always been an avid basketball fan so meeting Kobe Bryant, the most talented basketball player of my generation would not only be pleasant but also a historical experience. Last on my bucket list would be to visit the White House. I have great respect for the presidents who have taken on the responsibility of running this marvelous country. It would be inspiring to walk the same halls as great men such as John F. Kennedy, Ronald Reagan, and Bill Clinton. Accomplishing these goals would help make my life complete.
