Armstrong, Caroline: Bucket List

-->
Many people have what they like to call a "bucket list," a list of seemingly unachievable ambitions that will somehow give them a sense of fulfillment. In my life, I too, have many things I plan to accomplish, but there are several things that rank among the top.

            Growing up in Central Arkansas, I spent a lot of time around rodeo, even though I do not rodeo myself. In the future, I hope to check attending the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo (NFR) in Las Vegas off of my list. Being able to see the world's best cowboys and cowgirls live in action would be an awesome experience.

            After heading to Vegas for the NFR, I would like to head overseas to Europe.  Aside from agriculture, history was one of my favorite subjects through school. So, seeing the places where much of history was made would be fascinating for me.

            An objective at the top of my bucket list is slightly more serious than the others. As an aspiring agriculture teacher, it is my ultimate goal to build my own agriculture education program. I know through personal experience how beneficial agriculture education and the National FFA Organization can be. Using these two things that I have come to love to help better the lives of a younger generation is why I decided to be an agriculture teacher in the first place.

            While I am growing as an agriculture teacher, I also hope to start a family. My final top to-do is to get married and to have children.

            Although these things may not be exciting to most, these are the things in my life that are dear enough to me to be on my to-do list before I "kick the bucket."
