Kennedy, Krystin: Bucket List

Death is often seen as a thing to fear. Many people are afraid of not doing all of the things they want to do in their life before they pass on into the great unknown. From this came the ‘bucket list,’ a list of activities or goals a person wants to accomplish before they die.
My five-item bucket list would start with spending a year in Europe. I do not want to stay in any one place while there as I believe there is far too much to see and do in Europe to stay locked down in any one city or even country. The Eiffel Tower of France, the colorful architecture of Greece, the tasteful food of Italy, and the handsome city of London are all attractions that greatly interest me.
Another thing I would love to do before I ‘kick the bucket’ is bungee jump off the San Francisco Bridge. Not only is it a classic landmark, it is also incredibly tall and would give me a crazy thrill to even look over the edge, much less dive off with a cord as my only lifeline.
The Great Barrier Reef in Australia is known for its beautiful underwater landscape that is full of rich, vibrant color. To scuba dive and see all of the different species of coral, seaweed, and even sea creatures there would be amazing to me. Experiencing the beauty of those sights is number three on my list.
Number four on my list is similar to number two in that it is all about the thrill. I would like to rob a bank. I want to find a group of people, make a legitimate and drawn-out plan to rob a well-known and well-endowed bank. This leads to number five on my list, which is to become a millionaire. Money obviously doesn’t mean much, and means a whole lot less if you are dead, but it would be nice to spend my life living comfortably and financially stable.
